Marvellous Mango

Ingredients :
    3 mangoes
    3 tbsp Cointreau or Grand Marnier
    a handful of fresh mint leaves

Methods :

1. Slice the mangoes, put them in a glass bowl and splash with the Cointreau.

2. Cover and chill for at least 2 hrs. Serve straight from the fridge, showered with a handful of torn or roughly chopped fresh mint leaves.
